    I think I can translate.

    "I now own a 2007 TRD Tacoma. The previous owner graciously replaced the headlight, now when I activate my parking lights, I can't select PARK on the transmission shifter because I have T-Rex arms that hinder my daily duties. Can anyone offer assistance?"
