I have a 09 Tacoma (stock). What are the part numbers for the climate control panel light bulbs and do they come in LED.

Take a look at this thread. Your headlamps use an H4/9003 bulb, of which there are many good choices. If you're not interested in a relay harness, stat with stock wattage high "+Focus" rated bulbs from either Osram (Nightbreaker line) or Philips (Xtremevision, GT lines).~~
