I have 2 lights in my grill now, anyone have an idea if I'll get enough airflow to my rad if I have 4 six inch lights in there?

I don't remember how much room is in there. Keep them away from the radiator and condenser and the fan should be able to draw enough air still. Four six inchers would take up a lot of real estate in there. maybe install them, but don't hook them up and then use the truck for a while and see if it runs hotter at all or the same.
