So, I'm looking to replace my current laptop backpack by ful because of rain. I carry my laptop to class everyday and since my campus is outside, as well as parking being a good distance from class, I'm constantly afraid of getting my laptop wet.

Anyone know of any bags that have a laptop compartment that are water resistant?

I've also heard about some stuff thats spray on to make something water resistant. Is that stuff any good? I don't need something that can survive Katrina, I just don't want to be worried about my laptop getting wet walking 100-200 feet in the rain to get to the truck.

I have a Swiss Gear backpack and a Swiss Gear satchel and I love them. Really well made and look good. Have good compartments for my laptop and other crap.

    Swiss Gear pack

It is also airport ScanSmart so you don't have to take it out when you go through screening at the airport.
