I'm trying to upgrade the lower switch panel in my 16 Tacoma sr5. Can't seem to find any switch panels that have more slots except for the one Meso Customs makes but they don't have any. I think TRD's have what I'm looking for does anyone know if I can just buy a panel from a TRD and install it into mine

    Who got the goods!

I "think" that what you are looking for is 554340-4070c0.

Also be forewarned that even the OEM part is not the easiest of items to install. Driver side cubby is significantly easier. Some people just undo the Qi switch and plug it back in behind the panel. That and the USB buys you two extra blanks. The USB could be relocated elsewhere with an extension rather easily.

I bought an LSP-8 but considering just sticking with my 3 spots even when I add in seat heaters.

One thing I have grown to like about the OEM 3 + round lower switch panel is how spaced apart the switches are. Much less chance of a bump causing you to hit the wrong switch while driving.

The other really cool thing is how MESO offers a fully customizable driver side cubby. So you can get everything you want there and the old one just pops out and new one pops in. And you can switch back just as easily too. Whereas there’s no going back after doing the lower switch plate without buying a new OEM part or swapping with someone.

I will say though that 3 switch spots is rather paltry. But I also don’t know that lights are best in the lower center panel so I haven’t yet decided what ought to go there other than 2wd low and seat heaters.
