Hello all, not sure if there is a thread already for this but here we go. I just got back into a Tacoma after being in a couple tundras and love that I made the choice to get back in. I have a 2020 TRD Sport M/T access cab and am thinking of lowering by a couple inches. I know there’s the SOS Performance lowering kit and that’s what I think I may go with. Any suggestions or tips about lowering? First time for me, I usually keep factory height. If you have pictures of a lowered 3rd gen taco that would be awesome. Also, if I lower whats the largest tire I can fit with a 2/3.5 drop?

Unfortunately, you are going to be in the minority here with your goals. I believe there is a street truck section on this forum dedicated to lowered trucks but it is shared across all gens I think. You might better luck there.

PS: don't take the response you will get here personally

Sweet ride. How much did you lower it? I rarely take my SR5 off road and would love to lower it down about 2".

    I don’t anything about lowering …
Curious would you need to do much more uca work and such to adjust for the overall drop ?
