manual locking hubs

2006 TRD Sport Double Cab Long Bed 4.0L v6

So after reading through a ton of threads I have realized the reason the wheels I bought dont fit on my 97 tacoma is because I have Manual locking hubs.

anyone know if there is a smaller size for the manual locking hubs? and if not anyone know how big the bore size should be for these hubs?

the wheels I got have 108mm bore and clearly that's not quite big enough
