    I wanted to create a thread on here in the health forum that deals with anything from quotes to pictures to video clips etc etc etc to help get you motivated to work out! Honestly it doesn't even have to be about working out it can help motivate you not to be lazy or to wake up in the morning and have something to look at or watch or read to help motivate you and get you on your way! Also it would probably be good if members just helped other by saying something motivational ! I do want to keep this thread serious by the way!
