New guy here! Hi! Picked up a 2018 TRD OR QC MT with 3400 miles on it about a month ago. I’m an American living in Germany so obviously the Nav doesn’t work. It has the premium radio with the apps. I think all Toyota’s that are sold here from the states are similar to the ones in Hawaii from what I have researched here. I had to “borrow” a vin from a stateside dealer to get the etune to work and register. Mine wouldn’t work. So obviously the maps don’t work here but I was wondering if I bought a Toyota euro map SD card would it work? The latitude and longitude work when I’m driving so it seems the nav is working. I know you guys may not have the answers but ts worth a shot. Here is what I was looking to purchase. Thanks in advance!

Should work, if yours has SD slot, some don't.

I don't think it will work, don't the 3rd gen nav's have a micro SD slot?? The Amazon link is for a regular SD.

Good point! I could also copy it to a micro SD card. There are other ones on Amazon but they say either android or for windows CE. Don’t think those would work though.

Used to be stationed in Europe, so I know your pain. Honestly, just get a phone mount and use Waze or Google maps. Entune Nav isn't that great, plus Waze will point out all the speed cameras on the Auto Bahn and give you live traffic.
