New guy needs help!

My name is Joseph and i am new here, I live in Fort Worth Texas and have an 07 4door 4x4 long bed tacoma. I just put a Rough Country 3" lift and some 285/70/17 this friday. gonna go out to grapevine lake tomorrow and test them out. Quick question? when i turn all the way my tires rub a little ... so i put some spacers on and now the rims wont center. Can i put on some 1 1/4 adapters or is that unsafe? I have heard that they can break? I am also looking for some skid plates and have not had any luck finding any? ok ok last one! I need some cheap sliders (used if possible). Im not gonna do any rock climbing or anything but would like to have them just in case. I thank everyone in advance for any help. (if anyone wants to meet me at grapevine lake tomorrow message me)
