    Camper shell, anti-theft switch
Was asked to tell a little about myself, ok, I'm 50ish years old, been a master tech for over 30 years.
Bought my Tacoma used on the lot of a Chevrolet dealership, took it for a test drive and bought, shocked me how well the little four banger ran w/a/c on.
I haven't done much to it, added camper shell (matched paint) added a hidden kill switch ( tied it into starter relay, won't crank when tried unless switch is operatated.
Bought with 36,000 miles, presently has 85,000 now.
It's a plain Janer, don't have four wheel dr. Nor extended cab, I bought as an extra beater, was surprised the fuel mileage isn't better, but is what it is.
I change oil every 4000 miles with full synthetic mobile 1. I do not use weight they recommend (0w-20) or (5w-20) but rather 5w-30, my choice, prefer something a little thicker to protect moving parts, they want the water like thickness for fuel economy, maybe why I'm not getting that great of mileage.
Oh yeah, I added cruise control, real easy, already wired, just buy switch, plug and go.
Have had a couple recalls, catalytic converter and air bag clock spring, free of charge, I also get recalls for frame issues, suppose to corrode and dealer has extended warranty 10 years on frame, I keep an eye on it when lifted on rack, no issues so far..
All and all truck performs well, a little under power when loaded, going up hills, but that big four performs pretty well..
