New system install question

So I bought myself a system for Christmas and have a few questions after reading lot already. 2015 Tacoma DBLC with Non-JBL Entune. I purchased new Polk Audio speakers and 5-ch. Amp. They gave me an amp kit and two LOC i.e. PAC SNI-15.
1.) Do I wire one LOC to fronts and one to rears? or One to Lefts and Rights
2.) Is Best Kits BHO1761 the adapter that allows me to wire the LOC's to factory head unit?
3.) A little unclear on how I wire one of these LOC's for adding a sub later?

3) you have a 5-channel amp [i assume the Polk D5000.5] it can use the other inputs as the sub input. no additional wiring needed
