2011 toyota tacoma

king suspension, built in back seat air compressor, winch, steal and rear bumpers, roof rack

just got a beautiful 2011 toyota tacoma with a lot of upgrades that i did not do myself. everything seems to be running great except im starting to hear knocking noises when i begin to move or turn, after that i dont hear it. the truck has king suspension. i dont think its normal to hear knocking noises. does anyone know what this could be? im very uneducated when it comes to this. thanks for any help and support!
