I recently bought a 15' Tacoma trd offroad AC 4x4. I also bought a pair of front adjustable bilstein 5100's, should be installing them this week but haven't decided on tire size. Just looking for some pictures of similar trucks like mine with the lift I'm doing to get an idea of what mine will look like. Also i will be running stock wheels for the time being but definitely looking to upgrade in the future so I have some concerns about rubbing etc.

Welcome! What notch are you planning to set the billies at?

I was thinking of setting them at the 2.5" notch

Have you considered getting some aftermarket coils for your lift? I've read that most are not happy with the ride when the billies are at the 2.5" setting. You would just need to get some OME 884 or 885 coils, pair those with your billies at the lowest setting, 0" and you will probably get about 2.5-3" of lift for your access cab. Also what are you doing to lift the rear?
