    yes, my manual several minutes after I have left the truck makes another quick buzz that is similar but not the same as the parking brake. I assume it happens all the time, but am not interested enough to always stick around to confirm.

    The Toyota parking brakes are abnormally loud.

    To be honest, I had no idea what the noise is/was. But I have never had a vehicle with an electric parking brake. Now I know…learn something new every day.

    The buzzing is the evap system. That threw me when I heard it while outside letting the dog take a piss in the middle of the night once
