Im wondering why my ucas get so damn squeaky when its hot outside. They are clean for the most part, I lube them with that dry lube from tc. They only get very squeaky/noisy when its very hot outside. Any thoughts? oh, I Drive a 2012 dcsb 4x4 with billies at 0 and ome 885x.

If you didn't rub grease all over the bushings before installing them, they'll be noisey.

Mine used to squeak every once in a while but it was cause I wasnt greasing the zerks when I was supposed to be. Now I do it about every 6 months and no squeaks!

If they were installed dry, youre gonna need to remove the bushings, and rub grease all over them, and reinstall.

Ive done multiple TC UCA installs and you must grease the bushings inside and out before installing into the uca. Otherwise you will have squeeking, and greasing the zerks will not fix or help the squeek.
It sucks having to take them all apart again but atleast you will be squeek free.:)

Ive been thinking about it and it only squeaks/creeks (like a rusty door) on very hot days and slow turns. They are pretty quiet going straight. Now correct me if im wrong, but ucas only have up and down motion. If true, that would eliminate bushings as the squeaky possibility. What else could it be?
