Hello everyone, this is my first Taco, 2016, 16K miles, TRD Sport 2WD. Already had a lift, guessing it is a 3" not sure. TRD wheels wrapped in 285/70/17 KO2's that ride very nice and quiet. Yes it is a 2wd, we get a lot of rain and flooding here in Houston, TX, lift was on the mod list but I found one with it so why not! :rain::notsure:

Welcome and nice looking truck. What lift is it, is it just spacers or shocks/springs?

Not bashing on your rig, I think it looks great. The more you're on this forum the more you will read shit from other members and want better shit and that $1000 spacer lift the dealer sold you will be replaced with a set of 5100's and OME coils for about $800.

Link? Was curious as to if it was an option selected by the first owner or if the previous owner did it himself. I bout it as a certified vehicle. I see the spacer in the front above the shock, and the blocks under the leaf springs in the rear.

There are tons of lift threads here. Doing a 3" lift the right way will include shocks, springs, UCA's and either add a leaf for the rear or a new leaf pack. That package would cost closer to $1500, give or take but it's the preferred way to go for a functional budget lift.
