working of 2002 Tacoma, cannot get starter relay to close to engage starter. I can cross 3 and 5 pin out and it will engage starter. I've put on a new ignition switch, the 7.5 amp fuse is good. got power coming into NSS but cannot get power to starter relay,,, i've tried crossing out the NSS, i haven't figure out the wires i need to cross. I'm going to replace the NSS. Any suggestions.
