I just replaced both uca/lca bushings and both ball joints. I already have Bilstein 5100's in the front which I had stock springs on the 2nd notch to level the truck. When I did the bushings and ball joints I put in 2881 springs and moved the spring perch back down to the 1st notch. The front sits about 3/8'' lower than the rear and debating taking the strut back off to move it up to the 2nd notch. Also worried about the springs ''settling'' some after a little time. Thoughts? I am getting it aligned Friday morning so want to decide before then. A few pics.

1/2" or so of rake is ideal imo. Barely noticeable, and will sit level with a little weight in the bed. And 3/8 is so minor, it could be coming from an uneven driveway. In my experience, springs settle within 50 miles or so, so again, I wouldn't sweat it. They're not gonna settle again 300 miles from now, if that's what your concerned about.

I'd leave it; in fact how about we switch stance?

Ass end on my truck is a good inch or so taller.

if you move the coils up a notch you're front will be 1" + higher and have more preload and effectively a worse ride

you want the rear higher than the front, otherwise it'll look saggy jones and slow

I agree with leaving with a bit of rake but if you must, going up to the second notch will make it front end taller and will make it quite stiff. I did this using the 2nd gen taco coils on second notch and the ride was uncomfortable and the shocks ran out of down travel.

I suggest putting the tape measure down and running it as is. If you are measuring it where it's parked in the pics, you're on a sloping driveway which won't give you accurate measurements anyway.

    Your truck looks fine.

As was said above, it should have a little rake so it doesn't look like a dog scooting on the carpet with you load the bed with stuff.

1/2 - 1 rake in the front is ideal to me. leveled entirely becomes personal taste. nose high is just weird for me.
