Overhead console issues.......

Anyone have a solution for a suspect overhead console issue? The area where you store your garage door opener has a depressible button that actuates the opener. Overtime, the plastic fatigues and breaks. It is secured with two screws. It is actually a piece of plastic that serves two purposes. The first is for your garage door opener. Second, it is also the lever that opens the door that houses the opener. Any ideas where I can locate either another or a mod would be great. Do not go to the "stealership", they will only sell the entire overhead console at $300.
