    So I have a 2016 TRD Sport.
Is it true that the sport have 3 leafs plus 1 overload?
I have highlighted what I believe to be the overload.

I have recently purchased an ICON Add a leaf pack and am considering leaving in the overload spring to gain a little more height.
If I do this does the factory overload remain on the bottom...correct ? I just sandwich the ICON in between the factory OEM and overload springs

    Thoughts?

    I do no off-roading however I tow a 19’ fibreglass bass boat64FB06E5-249E-404F-94A9-9B58F52D4848.jpg

You are correct. That is the overload leaf. I left mine in as well.

    Did you have any issues?
I hear the emergency brake line can be an issue going back. If you have any photos that you can share I would be greatful

Why not just keep the stock leaf pack? It’ll tow better than the ICON.

Edit, I see you got the add a leaf, good deal.

I have the Icon AAL pack and removed my overload. I read a few threads where some were leaving it on. I reached out to Icon and they said you could leave it on but they didn't recommend it because of ride quality. That's it. It'll definitely give you added lift and if you tow I think it'll help with the rear end sagging.

I don't have any issues and they have been that way for 3 1/2 years now. I don't have any pictures at the moment. I will try to grab a couple later.

I talked to Icon a couple of years ago on this topic, the add a leaf will not work as intended if you don’t remove the overload leaf. There could be rebound issues if you want to do some serious off-roading. I left mine on, until I replaced all the leafs with Icon txt leafs which are awesome.

I run the Icon AAL with overload removed and 5160 shocks. Huge ride quality improvement over stock.

Did your AAL clamps overlap with the overload leaf's brake line clip?

Did you ever install with the overload leaf? Did you have overlapping issues with the AAL clamps and the overload leaf?

Just did this and yes you have to grind off both "clamps" and grind off the residual nub of the rivets.

You also have to remove the one clamp on the back of the leaf spring pack, closest to the middle.

EDIT: You only need to cut them off if they interfere with any of the AAL clamps. It seems some of the AALs are sized differently so maybe only one or none will interfere. Also, many of the DIY videos show the rear clamp of the OEM leaf pack interferes, which mine did there too.

Can you post pictures of what the front of your leaf pack looks like with the overload clamp cut off?
