Yes I have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma 4 by 4 double cab with the 4.0 l. I installed aftermarket O2 sensors and and I was getting the code for low-voltage. It is bank 2 after the catalytic converter. I have bought new O2 sensors from Toyota after I've heard that aftermarket ones will give you this code I am now still getting the same exact code after buying the expensive O2 sensors from Toyota. Not sure what I need to do now. Please help if possible

Get a cylinder leakage test done by a reliable mechanic.

The chance exists that you may have a blown cylinder head gasket.

    Dead serious.

I'd be looking for a corroded wiring connection between the sensor and the ECU.
