Bought a 2019 TRD and the check engine lights on. After further research I have a P11F0 code. I’ve looked through the forum here and see that it’s a ratio issue in the 5th cylinder I guess. My question is how much is this gunna run to get the work done. Any help is much appreciated.

Sorry to hear that. If you just purchased the truck recently, I would hound the hell out of whoever sold it to you to try to get them to do something helpful about it.

The typical fix is a new cylinder head, plus 2 new exhaust valves for the affected cylinder and then labor to move all the other valves to the new head and of course install the head. It's not a small job. I would say typical price to do it is $5-8k.
