2022 Toyota Tacoma SR

3.5 RC lift , 33x12.50x17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers

I got this code right after changing my spark plugs. I had to unplug the bank 2 sensor 1 connector to get it out of the way and after changing the plugs and pluging everything back in as I backed out of my shop the check engine light comes on. Pulled back in and checked everything and it looks good. Ohm'ed out the heater circuit and it was good. I need help.
