Probably for a mild lift, maybe one, to one and a half, inches. Depending on thickness, you can also place one on driver side to counter the Taco lean.

Bought them for my 2020 Tacoma, but bought them to get a little more lift out of the front and to clear a little bit of a bigger tire and rim combo.
