So I have a 14 tacoma sas. Toyota box, hydro assist, cooler, large resivor and a psc pump. My issue is no matter how many times I try and bleed the system, it seems air is still getting introduced. No pump noise, nothing leaking, everything is tight. I dont get it. I jack the front end up, using a mightyvac, I hook it up to the resivor making sure there is enough fluid, and turn the wheel back a forth with the engine off. Steering gets really easly except for when I almost hit lock then it gets tight. It does this left to right no matter how many times I do it. I start the truck, cycle it a few times, mind you no noise from the pump at all, no cavitation or anything. Turn the truck off and try to turn the wheel and again it's very tight until I repeat the above process. I can do this over and over with no result. Please help before I lose my mind!

Some odd ball questions that might not be related:

    -define large reservoir. PSC large?
-is the reservoir placement above the pump?
-short run from the reservoir to pump?
    -hose straight with no kink?

    Pictures of your engine bay?

It's a howe resivor with filter. It is placed above the pump. As sort of run as possible. Maybe 8in. All the hoses are straight. It's a kit from jd fabrication so everything is how they designed. I feel either air is coming in from the ram or the box. All the fittings are tight and checked multiple times.

You didn't hit the ram at all did you? We have a shop truck doing something similar and the cylinder on the ram got hit just slightly but enough that the piston binds on it when turning lock to lock. Makes it feel like it has air in the line
