noticed today that my lock button on the driver door does not work. The passenger lock on the door does work. Then a little later, noticed that both windows will not roll down from either door switch. Any ideas what this could be? Search produced other issues but not this specific one. The truck is a 2011 access cab. Should I look for fuses, pinched wire, poor ground? Or does this seem like a window actuator or something along those lines? Any help would be appreciated.

I'd start with the fuses since that's the easiest thing to check. Pull them out and ohm out with a multi-meter if you have one. Sometimes visual inspection will miss a hairline fracture.

Any idea which one it could be? I just pulled and looked at most of them and didn't see anything popped. Don't have a multimeter so that'll have to wait until tomorrow

Does yours have a fuse panel behind the coin tray (driver's left knee)? The fuse is probably in that location.

Yes it does I checked all the fuses there, didn't see any issues. Looks like I'll be shooting wires tomorrow!

Turns out the master switch somehow got disconnected. Plugged back in, everything works! Disregard this post lol

Check ECU-B from the fuse panel photo you posted. That could affect both locks and windows.

Just saw your post. Checking for loose connections at the wire harnesses was going to be my next suggestion. Glad you got it resolved.
