Current set up is 21 Tacoma OR, 3” Bilstein ready lift with Bilstein UCA’s and 285/70/17 BFG KO2’s. Every time I take my truck to an off road park or doing something “semi-gnarly” my truck comes out of alignment. Is there something permanent I could modify to prevent this from happening every time??

You can get cam tab gussets. IMO the JD fab pivot kit is the best.

Bunch of stuff bolted on, some cool, some not
So I've installed the tab gussets because I ended up folding over the stock tabs because my bolts shifted on a big hit. I have read that potentially, it can be caused if your alignment bolts are not torqued down enough, however from everything I've seen, it can still happen if they're tight enough (so who knows?).

I have not installed the stop cam kit, however I have been looking at it. According to the marketing it should stop any shift. If you get both of these, I would imagine it would make a big difference, I know the gusset kit helped me out.

EDIT: I just picked a rando stop cam kit, I wouldn't go off my recommendation of which one to get, I don't know jack. I have the TC gusset kit installed and been happy, however I don't anything about any other kits (someone else recommended JD kit).

It's a park....designated for Off Roading.....I like the price on the Tab Gusset Kit and the Bison more that the JD Fab Pivot kit, I don't have an issue with my 285/70/17's rubbing so this looks like a good starter move. I'm a newb to all this too, just trying to prevent needing a realignment after every time I go off-road
