I drive a 2006 Taco and have replaced a portion of its front end components. This includes OEM LCAs, Total Chaos UCAs, Pro Forged sway bar links/bushings& inner/outer tie rods and wheel bearings (blue pit bearings). Additionally I installed FN Five Star wheels with 2.25" offset and have 285 75 16r Nitto Terra Grappler tires with approximately a years worth of tread left in them.

The end result from all of this is an overall smooth ride however there is a worrisome pulsating noise that is speed sensitive. It is noticeable from 20-55mph and then just "blends in" at 55+ speeds. It is loudest between 40-50mph. If I shift into neutral and just let it coast it is still very audible and it does not cause me to slow down unnaturally, ruling out drivetrain/brake components. A symptom I get is an up/down vibration visible in the hood and it is also induced into the cabin area (grocery bags, loose items etc). I mostly feel it through the floorboards and the bottom portion of the steering wheel. I have had the tires balanced twice. The wheels are hub centric and are secured on the hub. The noise is loudest on really smooth roads. The dealership has not been very helpful however they did say that my diff bearing was not making noise and I have done the test on the needle bearing to confirm this. 116,000 miles on the truck and I am absolutely stumped on what could be causing this. While I am happy to upgrade or replace worn out parts I am totally done throwing parts at this in trying to fix the issue.

If anyone has any helpful insight based on the information I've given I would appreciate advice on where to go next.

Can I borrow $700 for new ones? They still have some tread left on them. Here is a video

Wheel bearing? Do you think you can isolate the issue to one side or the other?

Start with the easiest and work your way up. Are the tires balanced and even? Is there play anywhere? How'w the alignment?

who amongst us will watch a 23 minute video of wind noise and a tacoma cv
with no timestamps, anyone have a clue which timestamp shows what issue ?

can it be narrowed down from 23 minutes, to ...lets say, 30 seconds
