Hey guys, looking for confirmation that I have a bad rack and pinion. This is the passenger side of my 2007 Toyota Tacoma 5 lug (118924 miles) as you can see it's leaking from passenger side boot. The boot has a hole in it in about the center of the bottom side. The small drop on the concrete is after the truck has set for abot 3 hours so it's not a fast leak but I'm assuming I have a bad seal. Correct me if I'm wrong but the only way to fix this is a brand new (or rebuilt) rack and pinion correct?

There haven't been any noticeable changes to the steering or drivability of the truck. Also, no unusual noises when driving. To me this indicates that the issue has been caught early.
