07 Tacoma access 4x4

I know our trucks don't have a predisposition for the dreaded pink milkshake but is anyone replacing radiator based on time or mileage. Mind you my radiator is fine and I have 165,000 miles on my truck. Also no temp problems. Just trying to keep my truck for a lot longer. Tia
