2004 Double Cab - new to me in 2015

ARE Tonneau Cover

For those with a Ranch topper do you have a source for parts? I found a used top for my 2004 double cab Tacoma but no keys for the lock and the rear window doesn't stay up when opened.

I emailed Ranch and they haven't contacted me. Their site doesn't show that they still make a topper for the 1st gen.
