Rattling Noise

Hi,

I have a rattling noise while my truck idles and when it accelerates from a stop, the noise goes away once i reach speed but returns when i come back to an idle.... (the noise is not always there but quite often) it sounds like a tin can is rattling around under my chassis... when i looked under the truck it sounded like it was coming from right above the tranny under my cab
