I have a 2014 4x4 DCLB and was checking some things out and noticed that my rear axel is sticking out approximately 1/2" more on the passenger side than the drivers side. It has never been wrecked or abused. It has 2" blocks with OME sport shocks. the blocks are on the center pins, they are tighten down and everything appears straight and even.

Anyone else run across this issue

Your bed is probably off center. Measure your axle from brake baking plate to the frame rail.

This^ is very common and likely your issue, OP. My bed is also shifted slightly, making my wheel stick out on one side. After I noticed mine, I started looking at other Tacomas when I would walk past them in parking lots. An overwhelming majority of them have the same issue to varying degrees.

Well measured to the frame rail and the passenger side is diffidently 1/2" further out from the frame rail than the drivers side? again the 2" block and extend U-bolts appear to be dead on.
