Ouch. Thats pretty harsh, seems like you should be getting better mileage than that.

Ya, I have always been getting around that. It will go as high as 16, but usually stays pretty low.

Some have seen the pic in the live thread, but figured I needed to post it here too. Here is what my bumper looks like finally bed liner'd. Looks really good now IMO.

Looks great man! Are you going to bedliner your headache rack as well? And also, could you PM me some pics of your mounting system for your headache rack? I welded up one and now I've got a few ideas for the mounting system. I just want to see if I'm going in the right direction. Thanks man! You have a sick truck!

Not yet, but I havent posted pics of it bedliner'd in the ad. I actually might just keep it though, I like the look of it even better now that its blacked out.
Thanks. I think there are some pretty good pics of the headache rack in prior pages of my build thread. Take a look and if whats there isnt good enough I'll snap a few for ya. Basically, the headache rack is welded to the bed rails, then the whole thing is bolted w/ the 5 bolts holding the tie-down rails on each side.

Oh gotcha! I didn't see that you have diamond plate running the length of the bed sides too.
yeah ok thanks man. I was confused at first..."the headache rack is welded to the bed rails", I was like "how do you weld to plastic?" lol
