they sit higher than stock but the way they are shaped kinda sets you back into them further so it was nice for me. I’m 5,11 and not skinny and I’m comfortable. I’m my opinion the colors matched up pretty dang good. Not perfect but good enough for me

I grabbed a pair of seats from a 2002 Hyundai Sedan. (My wife loves her Hyundai
    seats over the Tacoma seats.)
As I was wheeling them up to pay I remembered they won't flip forward for access to the rear. I don't care. If I make them fit, I'll post it.

They are very expensive but might be worth it if you spend extensive time behind the wheel. Any body have experience with scheel-mann seats?

02 Tacoma, fixed with curse words.
I swapped in power seats from a 99 Camry that I was sending to the scrap yard. Huge pain the ass welding the new feet on, but they are super comfy. They do make it a PITA to get into the back portion of the extra cab, still worth it. The factory Tacoma bucket seats are torture devices.

Sorry if you covered it, but do the Corbeaux brackets allow flip forward to access the xtra cab?

Yes, they go forward and backward. Grease them 1st. And the seats fold.

So, I just got through a seat replacement (and then removal) with some Corbeau Baja XRS - a suspension version of their line. Really well made seats, and fantastic customer service, but they weren't comfortable for me, unfortunately. Here was my experience. More pics and the entire process in my build thread (the link).
