When replacing inner tie rod, should I replace both sides? Passenger side bent yesterday when uca bolt broke.

I'm confused by the pic. Is this a pic of the inner section already removed?

If you have already removed the inner section, then you are good to just change the one side.

the inner is still there its got the boot on it. this is a 2wd so no front cv.

i would replace the inner on the other side as you are pulling the rack im assuming anyways?

I'm an idiot. I didn't realize I had a bunch more pic to look at. I was looking at the bolt on the UCA. Got it.

I still see no reason to change the other side. If the rack is fine and not leaking oil, then the other side of the truck recieved no trauma.

The truck in my sig picture had a broke inner tie rod end as well. There was nothing wrong with the other side.

I've never done this before, so I know nothing about pulling the rack. I'm doing some research, seem like an easy task. We'll see.
