    Hello All-
I recently installed a RetraxOne XR on my 2021 Tacoma. Having some trouble.

    1. I need to really pull on the cover to get it past the locking post. To the point where it won’t open unless I pull the cover away first. Seems wrong.

    2. It looks like the cover isn’t being pulled the full length available. Which is leaving just a little gap at the tailgate. But there is no more cover to pull. Almost like the rails are too long for the cover. But that doesn't make sense to me.

I guess I’m just missing something. Does anyone have a similar experience? Any fixes?

    Appreciate any ideas.Thanks

PS. The picture is a shot of the rail and cover (closed). But it looks like it should pull a little further.

When I installed my RetraxOne MX this is what I did.
    1. I loosened the mounting hardware
    2. I pulled the cover all the way back pass the locking post and locked it
    3. Then I closed the trunk lid which re-positioned the entire thing (pushed it back enough that it just snuggly pushed against the trunk lid)
    4. Then I went and tightened all of the mounting hardware
I just pull the cover back and then lock it. I use some force but not to the point of slamming it. It does occasionally get stuck when I try to unlatch it because the cover shifts around slightly from the regularly driving. I'm sure I could fine tune it some more but it doesnt bother me so I just left it how it is.

Thank you! That seems to be what I need to do. Really appreciate it!
