Tapping the reverse signal from the stock harness next to the dead pedal. Do I have the right wire? So I have it wired to a spdt switch and only the manual on works.

not sure what exactly youre trying to do. but you can make sure its the right wire with a circuit tester or volt meter. just put it in reverse and if you get voltage then you got it.

Thanks. My multimeter is on the fritz right now.

Trying to get my reverse leds to come on when I'm in reverse.

you should be able to find it in the driver kick panel. grey 12 pin plug, pin 1. red wire. try that. you can get basically any 12volt info you need from the12volt.com

How did you wire the switch?

Wired one pin to the reverse signal. Middle pin to relay. Top pin to 12v power. Have to get my multimeter working and try another wire. The wire I have it tapped into is the red/white wire on the bottom left kick panel.

Sounds like you potentially have it wired right... What you can try is taking the reverse wire signal and make the direct connection to the relay wire at the switch. The will verify if you have a good signal on the wire and maybe the switch pinout is wired incorrectly.

One last thing.... Make sure the truck key is in the on position. It does not need to be started.
