I’m actually out of town until the 21st, if you send me a PM reminder after I get back I can pull it off the paperwork for you.

Correct, it is a permanent mount similar to the OEM rack, unlike the Yakima/Thule options that use clips to attach above the door jam.

I’m not sure, but I can say it’s never been an issue or consideration for me. I routinely use my rack for kayaks, a roof top box, and snowboards.

I just flipped through pictures I have on my phone and came up with these that might give you a better idea: https://imgur.com/a/dGtmDDk

what are you looking to use it for?

The weight limit was listed as “200lb”, which was the highest of all the racks I compared it to back in 2017.

I have stood on it while loading kayaks and it’s never had a problem.

If you get 2 pair of Yakima “Jaylow” you can haul 4 kayaks on the roof, or one pair you can easily do 2 yaks and a rooftop box or just have room to spare.
