I'm sure this has been covered but I wanna hear what y'all are doing with your rocker switches? I know a member here haso the panel that goes under the stereo behind the shifter. What other options? I saw one guy put them on the glasses door thing on the overhead console. I like that idea. Is there a panel for that and how do I get under the headliner to run wires? Any other mounting options? Trying to avoid drilling into and mounting thme directly to my center console.

    Thanks guys

If you don't have all the fancy traction control features, there are 3 blank spots in the lower part of the photo.

The only areas I've seen in posts here are:

Existing panel by left knee (OEM Toy switches, AirOnboard switches)
Existing panel under HVAC (AirOnboard switches)
Sunglass holder (Carlings, AOb, or pretty much any self built switch box)
Void areas near shifter / cupholders (any self built switch box)

    Mine are 1 and 4:

I had to dremel out the hole for the switch panel bay.

This pic shows it a little better:

With all button locations taken and not wanting to drill in the OEM plastic I fabricated a small aluminum bracket mounting a red round rocker near the parking brake. Switch is easy to reach and very stealth. When on the switch glows bright red and glad it is not up higher.

What switch panel is that? Or is it homemade? I like this idea the best...and it's easily replaceable if I decide I don't like it up high

    Lots...

    Hey Guys!

I'm looking forward for doing something similar to these... but instead, I want the switches to me inside the sunglass holder...

Has anyone tried to do this? Are the switches too big to fit inside?

    Thanks!

Anything is possible, but I don't think there would be enough room for them to fit between the roof and the sunglass holder...unless you cut the sunglass holder out and leave just the cover to cover it up.

    Thats a sweet idea though!
