Rostra camera not working???

I bought the plug and play rostra camera for my 2014 Reg Cab Taco, and it's not working. I have all the signs for the installations, warning screen, yellow sticker, and plug underneath. Install is a breeze with Rostra, but for some reason, it's not working!!!

All connections checked and look fine and tight.

Question, is the factory plug underneath supposed to only have one BLUE wire going to it. I traced it and it seems to be running to the passenger side taillight.

Do I need to connect something behind my radio?

I have a manual too, does that affect it?
