Rough engine idle/noise

my 2012 Tacoma has a ticking noise at idle and sound rough when it’s accelerating and when I did a system scan all that came up was P1604 and that was it. If any of y’all also have this issue please let me know how you fixed it.

Side note: Oil isn’t low and is still a good color so it’s not due to oil.

I’m not having starting issues and I’m using either shell regular or Exxon regular gas. And have done one Lucas oil injector cleaner so far.
