Rough idle

Hey man so my problem is still happening and I've noticed there is some hesitation when driving or accelerating, when I took my truck into Firestone for new plugs they also cleaned my fuel system, I'm thinking maybe they caused a vacuum leak. If not then I must have a dirty sensor or TB

 

if you know you have a bad o2 sensor and cat then you gotta sort those two issues out first and replace the fuel filter, then after that things get fuzzy.

I don't like to do like the "parts changers" but it does kinda get to that point you just start replacing the most likely causes one at a time.

that means after new fuel filter, cat, and o2 sensor, if its still acting up, clean the throttle body, if its still acting up, clean and/or replace the MAF sensor if its still acting up, clean and/or replace the iac valve, if its still acting up, replace the TPS, if its still acting up, injector issues maybe?????
