So I recently switched ISPs and it has worked great for the past 3 weeks. It is 'sort of' a Fiber Optic line hooked onto a radio tower and I have a small antenna on my house that gets the signal. This was good for about 25mbps download, 15mbps upload speeds. Well last week IDK what happened but it stopped working almost all together. Now I am getting 0.5mbps download, however same upload speed. I didn't do anything to the router (before this).. I tried to reset it, re-install blah blah blah everything I could to trouble shoot it. I called ISP, they tested my equipment and said the fault is on my end.

Someone help me out please, I've been looking online at every option I can find on what is wrong to no avail.

you reset the router by unplugging all the connections right? including the coax?

Oh and I asked about a cap for usage and it's unlimited and they don't do any sort of traffic management during peak hours either.

    SON OF A BITCH.

There is a piece of siding on it that fell off the house onto it. I managed to stand on my truck and knock it down with a broom but still getting the same shitty results on speedtest.

ISP can't come until Tuesday to re-align. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
