    Trying to organize a group to do the Rubicon October 10-12.

    I have got four friends going so far, but we know how that goes.

    What about the Tahoe access to the Rubicon? That should be accessible. You could at least wheel down, then up, Cadillac hill. Maybe even the Big Sluice.

    I just checked the EDNF website, and it looks like the entire forest is closed, north of Hwy 50, even from Lake Tahoe. What a tragedy.
