Shock help

Anyone know specifically what capability differences between King/Fox 2.0 vs 2.5 shocks are? Looking to upgrade and im curious if i really need 2.5s. As far as weight goes ill have a HC rear bumper, spare tire, camping gear, and rack with rtt (probably around 500 pounds total). Would 2.0 with RR be enough? I wont be jumping dunes or racing but washboard dird roads are pretty common and slow driving on trails.

 

2.5s are better able to handle heat from use.

I believe that's the main difference. If you don't plan on going fast, 2.0s should be fine.

2.5's give you a larger amount of fluid for cooling. Weight doesn't really matter unless you are cycling the shit out of the shock. You'll be just fine with the 2.0's.

 

Thanks guys yea i know the 2.5s have more cooling capacity im just not sure for my uses if im going to utilize it for basically twice the cost
