Could my shocks be causing the sqeaking? Haven't pen pointed the jarring yet though, is starting to annoy the living crap out of me. Any help would be great, thanks

It's probably your leaf springs. Pretty common annoyance on these trucks.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
The leaf springs have a history of making our trucks sound like a creaky old school bus. You can hose the springs down with WD40 to see if it temporarily goes away.

There was a fix for this back in '06, the dealer added new leaf pads.

I had success with white lithium grease sprayed in between the leafs. Jack the truck up to get weight off the back axle and spray away.

Thanks guys, I know it's annoying the crap out of me, thought it was the wheel bearings but after looking at them they had already been replaced so , I figured I'd turn to you guys.
