nice! I still need to get my hangers figured out, just haven't had the time. On the single cab its a bit tighter gap between the crossmember and the bed mount. All your steering components look nice and shiny! :D

Thanks! Yea single cab definitely doesn't have as much space. Haha that's because I just had a cv boot rip and it spit grease all over everything then I wiped it off haha. OTRs are new though.

Ah good idea.. seems like it would be a PITA to layout on the sheet metal. But I guess if you just measure how big the pipe/circle is where It penetrates through the bed..You just used like 1/16?

do you guys notice the exhaust extending towards the back when the truck warms up? I would think that if you layout the hole when the exhaust is cold it would end up pressing towards the back of the hole when warm because of expansion along the pipe?

The exhaust will also move back and forth with engine load unless you have steel motor mounts and not rubber.

I'm curious about this as well (routing my exhaust through the bed side at the moment, so researching hole shape for this very reason..)

It's less Tacoma and more mod
It does happen, though not terribly if you solid mount your tip exit and use a flex coupler to the rest of the exhaust

Didn’t notice any expansion/contraction when I had mine. It’s been a while since I’ve had the truck though..
