My truck came with the factory roof rack and I didn’t like the open holes around it. I purchased reflective tape at a truck stop, some pvc strips, and black 1/4-20 hardware. I cut the pvc to fit behind the holes and drilled holes in it to match where the existing hole are on the roof rack. It took about an hour.
